RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Love it or leave it - We hope you love your Atenea piece 🤍 but if you need to return or exchange, it’s simple.

Send your request:

  • info@ateneacollection.com

Deadlines:

  • Submit your request within 20 days of delivery.

  • Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Important

  • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of worn bikinis.

  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you buy from outside the EU, any customs/VAT duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange based on stock availability. Once your return arrives at our studio, we’ll ship your exchange and send you new tracking.

Defective items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, email us immediately at info@ateneacollection.com (photos help).

Returned / undeliverable packages

If your order is returned to us, we’ll contact you by email or WhatsApp to resolve it quickly.
